ONLY available for Cooperative Ecosystem Study Units under the Great Plains, Gulf Coast, and Great Rivers Regions. In accordance with the Sikes Act, priority shall be given to Federal and State agencies having responsibility for the conservation or management of fish or wildlife. Applicants, subrecipients, and contract vendors must have an active NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment or higher performed within the last 3 years.
