About this grant

The Department of Pesticide Regulation’s (DPR) Research Grants Program funds research projects that seek to develop reduced-risk pest control practices that can be incorporated into an integrated pest management (IPM) system for agricultural, wildland, or urban settings. Developed practices should aim to reduce the use of high-risk pesticides or pesticides that are of regulatory concern and seek to mitigate the impacts of pesticides on public health and the environment.
