Who can apply

Eligible applicants include Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments), public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities, 501(c)(3) nonprofits, city or township governments, public and state controlled institutions of higher education, county governments, special district governments, state governments, and federally recognized Native American tribal governments. Each lead applicant must submit their application separately with an eligible partner (one lead law enforcement agency and one lead victim service organization).
