About this grant

STEP is a transportation equity pilot that aims to address community residents’ transportation needs, increase access to key destinations, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by funding planning, clean transportation, and supporting projects. STEP has up to $2 million available from FY 2019-2020 Low Carbon Transportation Investments to help disadvantaged and low-income communities identify residents’ transportation needs.
